Axis Specialty Europe SE (NAIC # AA1784130) is now in compliance with Florida Statute 626.931, which governs insurer reporting requirements.

As such, the company’s referral to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) for removal from the state’s eligibility list has been rescinded and Axis Specialty Europe SE will remain active in SLIP+.
