Te Kaha Surrounding StreetsLane closures and detours from MondayInvestigative work for the Te Kaha Surrounding Streets water upgrades start on Monday 29 July. Council contractors Isaac Construction will be checking underground service locations and conditions ahead of construction beginning.The investigations will take around two weeks. Contractors will be moving around the area carrying out the work. To allow the team to work safely, the streets listed below will be reduced to one lane at times, and carparks will be unavailable either side of the road.
Intersection and side street impacts Each intersection is likely to be impacted for approximately 1-2 days as the team progress along each street. Detours will be in place to help people navigate through the area. Barbadoes Street side streets:
