Join Us at the Winter Bazaar this Saturday!
The Crofton House Winter Bazaar, taking place from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, is a family event that features fun activities, food, and shopping. All net proceeds will be donated to our community partners, Backpack Buddies and the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre.
Winter Bazaar Attractions
Winter Bazaar activities will take place in Manrell Hall, Senior School Athletics Centre, the Old Residence, and the Nancy Chan Courtyard. Both the Junior and Senior School will be closed during the Bazaar. Map of activities.

Join us in the Midway for carnival games, the Cake Shake Face Painting and our photo booth or check out the Imagination Market where Junior School kids make crafts or Design Den where Senior School students do some creating of their own! |
Shopping & Food |
Visit Manrell Hall to shop for a wide variety of artisan goods from local businesses and goods crafted by our parents and students as well as delicious baked goods, pre-loved items like books, alumnae-made jams, and other amazing treats available just in time for the holidays. Come hungry as we will have delicious warm foods from the BBQ on the terrace and comfort dishes from our Concession. Dining is at

Head upstairs in Manrell Hall to check out the Thrift Boutique and Accessorize Again with women's pre-loved clothing and accessories. Stop by the Old Residence to purchase gently used uniforms and sporting goods. Visit the courtyard for pre-loved toys. |

Support Senior
Student Clubs and Entrepreneurs |
Croftonians are a talented bunch and we are so excited to offer space to some Senior School Student Entrepreneurs this year. Also be sure to check out the student club booths in Manrell Hall. |
Event Day Admission
Admission is $5 for any guests 5 years old and over. Entry will take place at Gate D on Balaclava Street and Gate K on Blenheim Street.
Parking
Guests are encouraged to walk or take public transportation to the event. If parking is required, space will be available at Kerrisdale Elementary School’s gravel field on West 41st Avenue. Street parking is also available in the area surrounding the school, but please be a respectful neighbour, do not block driveways, and observe all traffic and parking regulations.
Preferred Payment
All guests are asked to use credit or debit cards when making retail or food purchases. We will have terminals set up at every booth for ease.
IMPORTANT: The currency for all games, crafts and kids attractions are our “Midway and Activity” tickets. You can purchase these in bulk using a credit or debit card at our ticket booth in the Athletics Centre. Please note that each individual game or activity will only accept activity tickets and that individual stations will not be able to accept any other form of payment.
Supervision
While this is a school event, parents are entirely responsible for the supervision of their loved ones while at the Bazaar.
First Aid Station
First aid attendants will be on location for the duration of the event in the Senior School athletics office, directly to the right of the entrance to the Senior School Athletics Centre gym.
Sustainability and Reusable Bags
Please help us care for the environment by bringing your own bags to the Bazaar to carry your purchases. A limited amount of Crofton House Tote Bags will also be available for sale at the Bazaar for $25 each. Families are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles and mugs.
Come Early
We have many amazing products, pre-loved goods, and craft activities available but quantities are limited. If you want to ensure that you have access to everything we have to offer, please make sure to get to the Bazaar around opening.
