Update the software of your Octalarm alarm dialler(s)
In the coming weeks, we will be making the new software version 2.7.1 available for all Octalarm alarm diallers. This update includes various improvements and new features. The changes have been made to improve the product.
We strongly recommend installing the software update.
Install software version 2.7.1
To check or update the software, the dialler must be connected to the internet.
You can perform the update themselves when the message “New software available” appears on the alarm dialler display. The update process is safe and takes approximately 15 seconds, so the alarm system will only be interrupted briefly.

Important additions include:
- the expansion of the number of roles with different permissions for contact persons;
- the ability to connect four external I/O modules.
