Fortegra Specialty Insurance Company (NAIC # 16823) is now in compliance with Florida Statute 626.931, which governs insurer reporting requirements.

As such, Fortegra Specialty Insurance Company will not be referred to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) and will remain active in SLIP+.
