Accord Progress Update - First Quarter 2023

Accord Transformation Plan Progress

Since the launch of the new Transformation Plan in July 2023 and the update of progress in December 2022, the Accord team have been working at pace on the next stages of implementation.

December 2022 update

The Transformation Plan includes 11 priorities and 7 focus areas and involves a sector wide approach.

Current Transformation Plan

The initial focus was on understanding the sectoral priorities to drive the current phase of the Transformation Plan.

These understandings informed the focus to being on the work that matters the most and will have the biggest impact on transforming the sector.

With all the planning and focus the Accord was able to hit the ground running in 2023.
