Portlink Industrial Park update16 September 2024 We’re getting in touch to let you know the latest information about Portlink Industrial Park's site operations. As outlined previously, a land use consent was approved to establish industrial activity on the site, including a container yard. The applicant lodged an objection to the conditions of the consent, and this objection has since been considered by an Independent Commissioner who has upheld it. As a result:
Because the Independent Commissioner has made a decision about the objection, the consent is now operative and the applicant is required to comply with the updated conditions.
