On the heels of last year's widely-successful inaugural Sterile Packaging Day event, the Sterilization Packaging Manufacturers Council (SPMC) invites the industry to celebrate Sterile Packaging Day 2022 on Wednesday, April 13.
This year's celebration theme is 'Better Together,' which salutes the collaborative spirit within the sterile packaging industry's strong, interconnected environment.
“Many in our industry have had to pivot and find different ways to engage, interact and keep projects moving forward since the pandemic," says Don Alip, Marketing Committee Chairman, SPMC. "The 'Better Together' theme echoes our desire to get back in person with our colleagues, our customers, and our suppliers.”
The SPMC has launched a dedicated web page with Sterile Packaging Day details and tips on how to celebrate. Additionally, the Council has created a free downloadable Toolkit and shareable resources that
visitors can use to join the celebration and recognize the industry's commitment to patient safety, peace-of-mind, and supply-chain strength.
SPMC encourages the sterile packaging industry to follow them on LinkedIn in the lead-up to Sterile Packaging Day for tributes to leaders across the care continuum. On April 13, SPMC members will convene with the industry at MD&M West in Anaheim, California for an in-person Sterile Packaging Day celebration.
