Annual Ministry Recertification
As part of our ministry best practices, we require ALL Responders and Staff to recommit to our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct every year. With the changing technological landscape, we are also implementing a policy on using Artificial Intelligence in conversation responses. This certification process ensures we are all aligned theologically and reminded of the obligations and requirements of speaking to our guests and representing the ministry.
The Annual Recertification Process will start on Wednesday, February 12th.
The first time you log in to the system on or after February 12th, the Echo System will require you to certify your agreement with all three documents. This process will take just a few minutes and MUST be completed before taking conversations. Once you have certified your agreement with these statements, the system will require you to log back in.

Evangelism Training in a Digital World
Get Ready for the Frontline Academy
We are excited to introduce the Frontline Academy where we will embark on training and development sessions to equip the Responder Community. The sessions are designed to encourage and equip us as we actively and intentionally engage to share the Gospel Message.
Topics To Be Covered:
- Biblical Motivations For Evangelism and Missions
- Gospel Bridges
- Loving People to Christ
- The Role of Apologetics in Evangelism
- Cross-Cultural Communication
- World Religions
Frontline Academy classes will be held (via Zoom) on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. CST, beginning Tuesday, February 4th. These will be interactive sessions.

Introducing Ryan Lowe
We want to introduce Ryan Lowe, our Coordinator of Evangelism, who is responsible for vetting new applicants, as well as supporting, coaching, and developing the responder community. Ryan served as an intern with the Ministry while completing his seminary training. Originally from Wales, Ryan lives in the US with his wife Sophie. He holds an MDiv. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, with an emphasis on Evangelism and Missions, and a graduate diploma in Hebrew Exegesis. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from the Trinity Conservatoire of Music in London (England), in cello performance, a profession he is still involved in alongside his commitment to Need Him Global.
