Black History, Health & Wellness

As we step into another year of Black History, we are asked to reflect on Black Health and Wellness. This year's Black History Month theme couldn't be more timely with the current state of our nation and world fighting the COVID-19 virus. This is especially important considering how much the continued fight for access to quality and equitable healthcare impact the owners of Black businesses and black communities.

We at LISC challenge you to learn something more about Black history this year. Knowledge is one of the most powerful assets you can have when advocating for and with members of our community.
