Welcome to the fifth edition of our monthly newsletter for Wai Tuwhera o te Taiao – Open Waters Aotearoa. Over the past few months we've been busy delivering information sessions/wānanga, both online and in-person. Thank you to everyone who attended these sessions – we hope the tutorials have helped you to think about how you might like to share your results. Some events have been scheduled, rescheduled and postponed due to COVID-19 level restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these uncertain times. You may have noticed that we removed the macron from "Tuwhera" in our programme name. We were gifted the name of our programme by two of our Te Herenga network kaumātua, and were recently made aware of the incorrect spelling. We have subsequently moved to make the correction. We're committed to improving our programme with every step and always welcome your feedback and whakaaro.
