Montana Attestation

We have implemented a new screen in SLIP+ specific to the Montana Attestations. This screen will allow users to submit Attestations per New Business and Renewal transactions that have been submitted to SLIP+. When the Attestation goes live on April 1st, users will be required to complete the Attestation for all New Business/Renewal transactions that were submitted during Q1-2026. In addition to that, users will be able to submit the Attestations at any time for Montana policy data.

To file the Montana Attestations, users will navigate to the “Compliance” tab and select “Montana Attestations” menu item. The user will need to click the button on screen to load the unfiled Montana Attestations. The data will load; the user will need to check the box for each unfiled Attestation and then submit. Agents will be required to submit their first attestation for the data reported during Q1 2026 through the present day.
