Letters of Hope Initiative

Social isolation and the ongoing threat of the coronavirus are concerns for everyone right now but especially for hospice patients. In partnership with Providence St. Joseph Health, Home and Community Care, Chapman’s Residence Life and First-Year Experience staff invites students to write Letters of Hope to hospice patients. A letter can make a world of difference. Reaching out with words of kindness can help patients feel connected despite the isolation they may experience daily.

How can a personal motto land you the perfect job?

Employers are searching LinkedIn to find someone with the right qualities for their companies. If your current title (or lack of one) fails to communicate your potential, then consider how a simple quotation in your profile can work like magic to attract the right opportunity.

(Seniors!) First Destination Survey

If you are a graduating senior, you should have received an email asking you to complete the First Destination Survey via Handshake last week. This survey impacts Chapman rankings and helps Chapman’s Career Team support you in reaching your post-graduation goals. Completing the survey also enters you in a Chapman Class of 2020 sweepstakes to win 2 plane tickets!
