Updated guidance on reporting and record-keeping obligations

We updated content on pages in the 'Reporting and record-keeping obligations' section of our website relating to listed, exempted and reported introductions.

Check out these pages to see what's changed and how you might benefit from the new requirements.

If you complied with record keeping requirements in the Rules prior to amendments (including holding a written undertaking from the person who holds the chemical identity), then you will still be compliant.
