Call the wilderness home

Each day and each moment, the wilderness evolves, offering something new to see, to feel, to experience. To spend time in it is profound for each of us, but it’s even more powerful when shared. Singita’s villa collection is designed to bring friends and family closer together and to the natural world, to share stories in some of Africa’s most abundant and untouched places.

Our villas come with a private team that curates every aspect of our guests’ stay, meaning they have the freedom to shape each day as they choose, with plenty of activities on offer to enjoy.

Villas by country

South Africa

SOUTH AFRICA

Resting on the ground in the Sabi Sand, Castleton offers the chance to walk freely among the wilderness. Made up of close-knit cottages and communal spaces, with a sweeping front lawn that looks onto a busy watering hole, it’s a true home, a place to spend quality time together. Further along the river you’ll find Ebony Villa, and upcountry, along the banks of the N’wanetsi River in Kruger National Park, sits Lebombo Villa.

Zimbabwe

ZIMBABWE

Malilangwe House sits in a place where time has seemingly stood still for millennia. A wraparound deck with ample seating and a pool looks out over an endless and diverse landscape, and the Malilangwe Dam, where you can fish and enjoy sunset cruises. Across the concession, you’ll find ancient rock art, towering baobabs, and an abundance of wildlife, which you can observe on drives and walks, or from a hide, at eye-level.

Rwanda

RWANDA

Tranquillity hangs in the air at Singita Volcanoes National Park, emanating from the towering Virunga mountains and the lush, lively forests that line their slopes. This peaceful place is home to Kataza House, a sanctuary of stillness, designed to help you feel restored. Nourishing food is grown in the on-site nursery, each space is crafted to facilitate reflection and connection, and personalised wellness treatments are available on request.

Tanzania

TANZANIA

Our Serengeti villas lie deep in the Grumeti Reserve. Milele, high up with the birds, is open to the sky, offering expansive views of the teeming plains, while Kilima is more sheltered, a cosy retreat among the trees that brings you closer to nature’s minutiae. Serengeti House rests on the ground, with wildlife moving freely in front of you, and Explore, a tented camp, offers a raw, adventurous experience for friends and family.

Botswana

BOTSWANA

Opening in December 2026, Elela’s four-bedroom camp will be built on stilts and arranged in a loose circle, connected by walkways and canopies, it’s entirely open to the landscape. Floods surge and recede beneath you, and the changing seasons and movements of the Delta are always seen and felt, fostering a deeper connection to place. Balancing private and communal spaces, it’s both a sanctuary and a place to share stories.

NATURE NOW

Grey-Headed Kingfisher

Last month in the Sabi Sand, two new species of birds were spotted – the Grey-headed kingfisher and the pied avocet – bringing the total number of birds on the concession to 288. A powerful reminder of the endless abundance of Africa’s ecosystems, and the wonders waiting to be discovered and shared.
