When cleaning your balcony please consider the following:
Please be considerate of your downstairs neighbours, nobody wants to have water pouring down on them while they are enjoying their outdoor space. Split System After the warmer weather please take this opportunity to clean your split system filters so that they are working to the best of their ability. It makes a big difference. Breach Reminders Balconies – you may be breached by the owners Corporation if you place washing on clothes horses or hangers on the balcony to dry. Please also make sure you don’t have any items (e.g. plants & other fixtures) hanging from your balcony rails. Storage Cages – you may also be breached by the owners Corporation if you place items on the floor near or under storage cages, all items are to be placed in the storage cages provided for your apartment. Parking Please be mindful of the parking requirements for your complex.
