HMRB talk and tour
Step inside the Health and Medical Research Building (HMRB) on Monday 18 November 2024 for an event, made possible through the Campus Activation Initiative. Hear from research leaders and researchers, before taking a tour of the amazing facility. Register here and see the HMRB for yourself.
Sunset Screening – student showcase under the stars
Join staff, students, and friends at knock-off on Thursday 14 November for free pizza, popcorn and fairy floss in the Plaza to ring in the annual Sunset Screening. This event sees over 200 guests enjoy an evening under the stars letting the films roll. Get a group, bring a picnic rug and soak it all in. Enjoy this Campus Activation Initiative and have a movie night on us by registering here.
End of year staff event
Come and celebrate a great year with us on Friday 22 November at our End-of-Year Staff Event! This afternoon promises to be a mix of fun, laughter, and memories with colleagues. Register to attend and enjoy a snack, ice-cream and a drink, along with craft stations, fun activities, and a live DJ. Our Campus Activation Initiative is all about bringing people together, and we would love for you to join us. Register your attendance here!

Staff Awards - celebrating excellence
We are proud to celebrate our exceptional staff here at Flinders. At the 2024 Staff Awards we will recognise excellence across teaching, research, and professional roles. The Staff Awards event will be held on Thursday 28 November at 3:00pm-4pm in the Plaza. Please feel free to join us for the formal ceremony. If you cannot make it in person, the event can be viewed online.
Metlife 360Health prize winner
Earlier this year, we announced that we were partnering with UniSuper and offering UniSuper members and their families access to a suite of health services through MetLife 360Health. Since the launch, there have been three information sessions sharing more details about the free health services available. Attendees went into the draw to win a $250 gift card. Congratulations to Chloe Kosmider!
