Happy May day and Beltane blessings to all, Spring is here, and summer is coming!
It is a time of celebration, of growth, fertility, rebirth, connection with the earth, fire and light, with passion, dance and play. I have fun memories of dancing around the May pole!
May Reiki Shares are below, I am looking forward to seeing you for Inperson Share too this month. Sekhem Combined class for this weekend is FULL! another class will be set for soon, and Reiki classes, all levels are available, let me know what you need.
I am home from travels for the foreseeable future and Individual sessions are available for the rest of spring and into the summer both in person and online.

Reiki Share
Reiki Share is a safe space to join together, for new learning and support, practice Reiki and be in community. Shares are held in person or online via Zoom.
Sessions include; sharing, Reiki and Sekhem practice, feedback and reflection. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details for inperson/zoom link.
Reiki Share is open to all those who have taken a Reiki/ Sekhem level I or above (any style/teacher). Reiki Share will be guided by Stephanie Cookson, Reiki Master Teacher (usually Thursdays) and Cherokee Macleod, Reiki Master Teacher (usually Tuesdays).
If you are joining Transense Reiki Share for the first time, please email me and include a copy of your Reiki certificate. We look forward to welcoming you.

Sekhem Combined level I, II Class, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May FULL
Sekhem as a word is of Egyptian origins and means "spiritual power or might". Transense Sekhem is a deep and powerful practice, focusing on the heart, returning to our core, deepening and extending your practice.
This is a 2 day experiential class (plus completion session) and is for those with Reiki II or above or similar. Classes are taught by me, Stephanie, in a small group to allow for good learning and sharing. Please contact me for more information and/or to set a new class date..
Sekhem Level I is also available for those who have no prior experience and Advanced Sekhem for those who have completed levels I, II or the Combined Class.

All Classes are taught in person by Stephanie and/or Cherokee Reiki Master Teachers at Transense. Classes are small groups to allow for sharing and reflection.
Individual Sessions at Transense
In person, online and distance Reiki/Sekhem sessions are available at Transense to focus on your needs, restore harmony and balance and provide support, with Reiki and Sekhem.
With Stephanie;
In person Reiki Sekhem sessions also include the Amethyst Bio Mat. Sessions can be with touch on or off the body or by distance. Care is taken for safety and comfort and I am fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
Online sessions are via secure zoom video. Sessions include sharing, intention setting, Reiki, Sekhem, focusing and reflection. They are powerful and effective healing.
