You can do that yourself in your company account
We regularly receive e-mails and phone calls asking us to modify (company) data such as company name, account number or an e-mail address for invoices. Due to the introduction of the GDPR1, we are not authorised to make changes within YOUR company account on the portal. You can modify all (company) data yourself.

Tip: add your accounts payable as a user within your company account and have the invoice automatically sent to their email address every month. They can then also view and download the full history of invoices made available monthly from your company account.
