NEW: Duty Schedule Module

As you may know, Octalarm diallers are equipped with one standard schedule. In this schedule, you can very easily set the day and night times from Monday to Sunday and indicate which days belong to the weekend. In the event of an alarm, the dialler uses this schedule to alarm the contacts from the linked call list in a fixed order.

In practice, however, numerous situations arise where 1 schedule is not sufficient, the order of contacts differs per week or other contacts need to be alerted during the night. Often, a call list is changed weekly or temporarily. This takes time and creates a risk of errors.

We developed the duty schedule module especially for this purpose: an additional software module that is installed on the Touch or Touch Pro via a purchased licence. With this module, the user can easily set up changing fault shifts for a longer period using a laptop or PC.

Both installers and end customers can take advantage of a free demo. Via a reserved time slot on an Adésys dialler with the duty schedule module, interested parties try out the licence without directly affecting their own device. Access to the dialler is via the portal. Based on the manual, the person can get started himself. You or your customer can request a demo via our website.

It is also possible to activate the duty schedule module on an in-house dialler. To do so, please contact our sales department.

Purchase via installer network

The duty schedule module is purchased via our network of installers.

For diallers in the field, activation of the module occurs on the day the installer is on site. This allows the installer to supervise the conversion and ensures alarm safety. The manual includes a chapter on activation. When you purchase the module, the installer will receive further information on how the implementation proceeds.
