Belingual wishes everyone a pleasant autumn!
Autumn season 2023 has kicked off and we have 13 language clubs around Uusimaa in 10 different languages. If you have not yet registered and wish to join /continue with our clubs, here is the link to register: https://forms.office.com/e/ip5MXU346D. Those who have registered before need to register again. Those who had been registered before but didn’t register again for this season Whatsapp groups by the 30.11.2023.
We are also planning to start two groups in Tampere and Rovaniemi. If you live there or know anyone in those areas, please share this information with them too. These clubs will most likely be English clubs at first. If you are interested in volunteering for the clubs write to us: belingual@familiary.fi.

Events for families
This is an online course for single-parent families raising multlilingual children. To join the course regsiter with Tukinet HERE and search for the course. The next support chat with experts and peers is on the 26.10. The course is in Finnish, but you can also participate in the chats and discussions in English.
Attention fathers and important male figures! This falls Bilingual Lab is being organized especially for you! Come along, meet other fathers and discuss both the challenges and the joys of raising multilingual children. Learn some helpful tips from our Belingual expert and each other! Remember to register HERE
The families in the group meet every other Wednesday starting from the 18.10. at 18-20. Register HERE.
A chance to enjoy a BBQ Hut in Uutela Fridays 17.11. and 15.12. at17-19. No need to register, just show up!

Welcome to the Multicultural Living Room (Moku-olkkari) for inter- and multicultural one-parent families! Meetings are every other Tuesday from 17.30-19.30. Free evening snack and childcare included.

Theme: Pedagogical principles for group activities for under school aged children. Save the date and submit your questions to our experts HERE. Volunteers will received a seperate invite for the workshop.
Come and share ideas, feedback or just to meet other Belingual volunteers whilst enjoying a cup of tea or coffee from the comfort of your own home. Teams link will be sent to all Belingual volunteers.
