Apprentice Voice is a series of surveys designed to gather feedback from apprentices at key stages of their apprenticeship journey. The latest results captured the views of over 11,000 apprentices.

View the latest report. New Land-based Apprenticeships We are pleased to confirm that the new SCQF Level 5 and Level 6 Apprenticeships in Agriculture, Horticulture, Greenkeeping, Sportsturf, and Land and Nature are now live. They are available on apprenticeships.scot and are open on FIPS for registrations, enabling providers to begin planning delivery and enrol apprentices. Updated provider content on apprenticeships.scot We recently hosted a webinar for all Modern Apprenticeship Providers. The aim of the live session was to share updates on the revised sections and pages on apprenticeships.scot. These refreshed modules provide practical guidance, tips, and support to help reduce risk, improve data quality, and support effective decision making. We encourage all staff involved in data input and maintenance to complete the modules and embed good data management practice. Updated Equality Monitoring Module Our updated Equality Monitoring module is now live on the Learning Management System and designed to support learning provider staff in understanding how equality data is collected and used within apprenticeships. The module covers why this data matters, how it informs funding and policy decisions, and how it
contributes to SDS reporting. New SIMD module now available A new Understanding SIMD module is now available on the SDS LMS, designed to support staff across the skills system to better understand and use the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation. Access the modules via the Learning Management System. Individuals can register using their work email and should include their organisation name for account validation. |
