Reminder: submit your PFAS response by 16 December 2025

Thank you to the over 40% of registrants who have already submitted their response. If you have responded, you do not need to do anything else.

If you were registered in the 2023–24 or 2024–25 AICIS registration years and have not yet responded to our PFAS email notice, you must respond, even if you never introduced PFAS.

How to respond? Use your unique link in the original email notice we sent on 21 October 2025 to submit the online form about 522 listed per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). This is even if you did not introduce any PFAS or you are unsure. You can use the online electronic form to respond in a few short steps.

If you did introduce any PFAS, you must provide the required information. The easiest way to do this is to complete the Excel spreadsheet attached to your original notice and upload this into the online form.

Can't find the email or link not working? Contact us using our PFAS enquiry form.
