As we enter March, the sentiment from members seems to be that the year has started at high speed, with this month being no exception!
The weeks ahead will be full of International Women's Day events as we recognise the continued focus needed to Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress and Count Her In.
On the research front, the Australian HR Issues & Salary Survey is now open, collecting data from across Australia in the lead up to June 30 remuneration discussions.
Firms in IP, Trade Marks or Patents are participating in their own exclusive salary survey. It closes tomorrow, Friday March 8 - but they can extend their deadline by registering today.
The NZ Salary Survey has already closed with the Report launching shortly as our NZ members move rapidly towards these discussions and their end of financial year on 31 March.
The NZ FY23 Financial Performance Benchmarking Report also comes out soon, giving members the ability to benchmark their firms against the market.
Whilst it only feels like yesterday that we hosted the 2023 ALPMA Summit, the 2024 ALPMA Summit is now well into its planning phase with the announcement that the 3-day 2024 Summit will incorporate ALTACON on the first day. This day will be dedicated to legal technology advancements including automation and AI. This day (and the full 3-day conference) is not to be missed! Block out your calendars and save the date NOW: 11-13 September 2024, Brisbane.
