We were very pleased to relaunch the Annual Junior Competition Conference (JCC), with the 13th edition taking place at the London offices of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP (now Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP) on 3 February 2025. The two themes discussed at the conference were Collective actions in the UK: where are we now and where are we going? and Recent developments in UK and EU antitrust, which we considered were both highly topical and deserving of scrutiny and in-depth discussion. In this issue of CLJ, we are pleased to publish seven articles based on each participant’s presentation at the JCC. We hope that you enjoy reading this issue!
