October eNews: congratulations & give your feedback!

Hi friend,

With Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) officially over for another year, we'd like to say THANK YOU to everyone who got involved and helped raise awareness!

We're thrilled to share that this year there were a record-breaking 551 QMHW events registered state-wide! We are so grateful to all those who organised activities, volunteered their time and promoted these events. You helped improve connections throughout Queensland communities and started important conversations on mental health and wellbeing. Our sincere thanks also go our to all of our partners for their ongoing support of this initiative.

QMHW may be over but there are still some fantastic events happening throughout October. Head to our website to search activities happening near you.

We'd love to hear what you thought of QMHW this year, so we can make the initiative even bigger and better. Our feedback survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and respondents who complete it before 5pm, 6 November will go into the draw to win a $100 Visa gift card. Terms and conditions apply.

It can be difficult engaging in face to face supports when you’re living with mental health issues. The SANE Forums are an online space where you can connect with others without the pressure some people experience with in-person support.
