Elizabethtown Police Department (KY) is stepping up to help victims in crisis by collecting used phones, tablets, and other electronics for the 911 Cell Phone Bank. Donated devices are securely wiped and either refurbished or responsibly recycled. Many are transformed into emergency phones—some with 911-only access, others preloaded with up to 60 days of service.
