Internship Spotlight - Arielle Lee '25![]() Arielle Lee '25 is a strategic communication major who had the opportunity to intern at Fashion Week Hause, a creative marketing agency, as a marketing and graphic design intern this past summer. Her primary roles were to manage the agency's Instagram and TikTok platforms and utilize her photojournalism skills to edit the lighting and focal points of each image and video posted on their account. Arielle was even lucky enough to pursue her interest in product design! She was able to help design the VIP gift bags for California Style Week. The Orange County Riptide, a collegiate wood bat summer baseball team playing games at the Great Park in Irvine, California, seeks interns with strong knowledge and understanding of marketing, public relations and increasing awareness of a sports team. Interns will propose potential campaigns to raise awareness in the community, the media, email campaigns and organic social media. Creating, planning and execution of special theme night calendar is also expected from the staff. Engagement with community groups will help increase attendance as a direct relationship of the internship team's efforts. You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, supportive team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing. Interns chosen for this position will need strong critical thinking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take direction easily and quickly and have a passion for the sport of college baseball.
