Christchurch Temporary Traffic Management – December 2024

We issue this bulletin to provide the industry with information regarding upcoming changes to TTM and highlight critical points that need to be taken into account by traffic management operators on Christchurch City Council roads.   

Christmas hours

We wanted to get in touch with a reminder of the information we've recently shared within MyWorksites.

Our Asset Protection / Temporary Traffic Management teams will take a break over the Christmas period, with limited staff working between 20 December 2024 and 6 January 2025.

We won't be processing new TMP applications during this time, so if you want to begin work early in the new year you'll need to make sure you have the required approvals and permits in place ahead of the Christmas break on 20 December 2025.
