User research in the current context

What I like in my job is the contact with people. Whether with clients: understand their problem and help them reach their goal; with the clients of our clients: discuss their habits, observe the way of doing things; and with my colleagues: submit ideas, discuss concepts.

With the current situation, where proximity is prohibited, we must find other ways to continue to keep this contact and the essential information we obtain during user research.

• We experiment with remote user testing (video all the way!) via screen sharing.
• We take half an hour each day to discuss design deliverables with the design team.
• We keep the pace of projects with regular video meetings with our clients.

Basically, keeping people at the center of each of our daily routine.
