Acting on behalf of Equitix Investment Management Limited, Cooke & Arkwright have advised on the acquisition of two prime, Grade A office buildings which are let to the Welsh Government.

Technology Centre Wales building acquired for TWI, securing skilled R&D, engineering and technical jobs

Acting on behalf of TWI Limited, Cooke & Arkwright has secured the purchase of the 15,681 sq ft TWI Technology Centre Wales at the Harbourside development in Port Talbot.

Harbourside has been developed by Deryn Properties and contains four buildings at present, including The HMCS Magistrate Court, Llewellyn House (a multi-let office) and the TATA testing and development centre.
