2025 Backpack Drive Success!

Thank you to the CHS community for another incredible Backpack Drive! 300 backpacks were donated, and it couldn’t have been done without your generosity and support in packing and delivering the backpacks. Your contributions will ensure that many more students in the Lower Mainland have the necessary supplies for a great start to the next school year. Last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to event chairs Suzette Curtain and Angela Yung for organizing this meaningful event.
Used Uniform Sale – That’s A Wrap!
The PA’s Used Uniform Sale was a fantastic success, and we’re very grateful to everyone who helped make it happen, whether by donating uniform items or volunteering at the sale. A special thank you to our event chairs Ai Lin Tiah and Cara Yu for their leadership in organizing and running all three sales over the school year – in August, during the Winter Bazaar, and again in April. Proceeds from the sale go towards supporting the School’s charity partner through the Winter Bazaar.
Become a Class Parent for the Next School Year
Being a Class Parent is a great way to get involved at the school, meet other parents, and plan fun events for your grade. Class Parents work as a team so the time commitment is light, and spread throughout the school year. If you are interested in becoming a Class Parent, please complete the registration form by Friday, May 9. Please note: in grades with more volunteers than spots available, the PA uses a set of standardized guidelines to create a fair
selection process for all parents who wish to contribute to our community in this way.
