Changes from version 2 of the Guidelines

There will be more entries to the list of chemicals with high hazards for categorisation.

References to personal vaporisers (and chemicals used in personal vaporisers) are being removed as these no longer have an industrial use. 

Refinements to information requirements for specific organ toxicity after repeated exposure and bioaccumulation potential.

2023-24 annual declarations 

It’s time to submit your 2023-24 online annual declaration.

Submit an annual declaration if you imported or manufactured industrial chemicals for commercial purposes between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024.
