The CIF, in partnership with M3RC, prepared a letter for local communities to send to various blue box program stakeholders (e.g., producer responsibility organizations, Reverse Logistics Group and their contractors) around expectations for effective management of key program service delivery details, under a blue box producer responsibility framework.

The letter can be modified to fit local circumstances and facilitate good faith cooperation in coordinating important program service delivery details.
