If your confirmation number starts with a "Q," the transaction is under review and needs correction or verification to be accepted. Addressing TIQs promptly ensures filing accuracy and reduces compliance-related communications from FSLSO. Users should try to correct TIQs within 30 days. The Easiest Way to View TIQsThe most convenient way to check your TIQs is through the Outstanding TIQs display on the home page. This section breaks down TIQs by how long they've been unresolved:

Scroll to the bottom and click Review. 5. A pop-up may be generated that a backout will be created, click Yes to 5. Click Submit Filing.
