In this interactive workshop, Dr Nathan Jones, Director, The Mood Institute, will introduce the AEQ model — a modern framework covering Motivation, Social Skills, Self‑Regulation, Self‑Awareness, Empathy, and the digital‑age essential: Authenticity. You’ll learn how these skills shape our communication, decision-making and presence at work, and explore practical ways to strengthen them every day.
