For our first big release of 2020 we moved ever closer to our public launch of API Bulk email by adding the ability to manage all your suppressed recipients for a specific message stream in one place.
You will now see a new Suppressions
tab in the UI within each of your message streams. This tab shows all inactive addresses for that stream, as well as the reason why they’re inactive — and if possible, a button to reactivate them. You can now also manually add recipients to the suppression list. Let’s say you have a test email or a distribution list that you want to make sure you never accidentally send messages to, you can add that via the UI.
As part of this release there is also a brand new /suppressions
API endpoint to perform all these actions. For more details on the feature and API endpoint, read the announcement!
