New Exuberance

Australian Design Centre presents this JamFactory touring exhibition bringing together contemporary design, art, and fashion through textiles.

New Exuberance celebrates the work of more than 30 textile creatives and includes commissioned furniture pieces produced by designers associated with JamFactory to acknowledge the rich diversity of textile-based practices in contemporary art, design and fashion in this country now.

Drop Let

Drop Let celebrates the infinite possibilities within a single drop, an impermanent compound of fluidity and clarity. April Phillips has sustained the emoji-like droplet across her practice as a recurring motif, synonymous with sadness, yet smile-inducing as a light hearted symbol of optimism.

As part of Object Space on William Street, this installation includes a framed screen print, glass pendant light, glass vase, and glass drop tissue box, developed with Canberra Glassworks.
