ST CECILIA'S MOVIE NIGHT
Newman College, along with St. Cecilia's Parish, will be hosting a movie night at the end of Week 7 on Friday November 22.
This film, titled 'Love God's Will' tells the story of Ryan Stawaisz, a student who once attended Newman College. After graduating from university in the US, he felt a strong calling to enter the priesthood. Unfortunately, while undergoing his formation, he fell ill. However, he continued in his vocation until he finally succumbed to his illness and sadly passed away.
This movie night is an opportunity for all of our community to come together in support of St. Cecilia's Parish in Floreat, and bear witness to the inspiring story of this young man. We would encourage as many families and students to support the parish and College community in this event.
