Introducing the Crofton House Community Weekend
Save the Date: June 5–7, 2026

Dear Parents, Alumnae, Staff, and Friends of CHS,

Community is at the heart of what we value at Crofton House School. For 128 years, our School has brought people together around a shared purpose: to empower girls and women to have a positive impact on the world. This remains central to our current strategic plan, Thriving in Possibility, affirming our dedication to fostering a community of care, strong relationships, and a sense of belonging.

Community events offer an opportunity to bring these values to life. In this spirit, we look forward to welcoming you to long-standing community events, including the Lunar New Year Celebration, the 128th School Birthday, and the CHS Golf Classic & dinner.

As a new initiative, we are pleased to introduce the Crofton House Community Weekend, taking place June 5–7, 2026. Its purpose is to celebrate lifelong connections—honouring the shared experiences and lasting relationships that make CHS so special. The Community weekend offers an opportunity to express gratitude for the many ways you support the School and celebrate the vibrant community we continue to build together.

The Crofton House Community Weekend will include:

June 5:

  • Annual Year-End Celebration (BBQ): hosted by the CHS Parents’ Auxiliary for current students, families, and staff to celebrate the 2025–26 school year

June 6:

  • Community Appreciation Reception: hosted by the School for alumnae, staff, parents, and friends of CHS
  • Alumnae Events: hosted by the CHS Alumnae Association and the School, welcoming alumnae back to campus for a Student–Alumnae Field Hockey Game, the Alumnae Association AGM, reunions, and a reception

June 7:

  • Graduates’ Tea: hosted by the CHS Alumnae Association and the School to celebrate and welcome the Class of 2026 into the Alumnae Association and a global network of more than 5,000 alumnae

By bringing these events together over one weekend, we hope to welcome as many members of our community as possible—fostering new connections, strengthening existing ones, and celebrating the roles we all play in shaping the life of the Crofton House community.

Please save the dates: June 5–7, 2026. More details and registration information will be shared by email in the coming months.

We look forward to welcoming you to the campus and celebrating together.

Best wishes,

Kara McDonald
