The Gradel Quadrangles featured in leading swiss magazine, Werk, Bauen, Wohnen's May issue, "Heiter bis lustig" (Joyful to funny), which "explores how lightness, playfulness, and irony can break through the often gray, dead-serious nature of modern design." Under the article title "Anachronisitic Wit," Ros Diamond writes, "The Gradel Quadrangles are rewardingly strange and familiar, enlivened by a playful historicism."
