or booking in for reformer Pilates or a cycle class. Working out in the morning sets me up well for the day and I enjoy being up early with the sunrise. I've also utilised the EAP program and found it to be a really helpful resource we're fortunate to have access to. How do you keep yourself thriving? I like to keep active and aim to incorporate some form of movement in each day. I love going for a walk at the beach after work (and a swim when its warm enough!). Lately, I've been trying to enjoy my hobbies more consciously: reading, cooking, scrapbooking, writing, going out for coffee and patting other people's dogs, etc. I think it's so important to find time for the small, fun, creative things in life. And having a trip booked! I'm always looking forward to my next travel adventure (Ireland & Scotland this year). What’s your wellbeing tip for others? Find movement you actually enjoy, and don’t be afraid to try something new. Being a beginner can feel uncomfortable, but nothing is that serious and it's okay to get things wrong. Also, I've learnt from experience that motivation comes and goes, but consistency lasts. Building habits gradually helps you stick with them, even on the days when motivation is low. 2026 Campus Activation program!
