Comparative Constitutional Studies recently published a special issue titled “After the Referendum” that explores the law and politics of four recent referendums (in Australia, Chile, Ireland, and Taiwan) and their aftermath.

It also includes three further contributions on cross-cutting themes. Please join the editors and authors of this special issue for a discussion of their papers and of the broader implications of this important research.
