All-Student Graduate Orientation for doctoral and MFA students is Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday August 30, ending with a Resource Fair on Thursday, August 31. Meet new people in and out of your degree program, learn about Brown's academic culture and expectations and get practical information about Graduate School and University resources. Most sessions will be available to attend both in person and virtually.

Registration is required for all Orientations:

• All Student Orientation | Register your attendance plans
• International Orientation (August 23-25, 2023) | Register your attendance plans
• Student of Color Orientation (August 27-28, 2023); Registration information will be available in August

Full schedules are available (and updated daily!) in the Admitted Students & Orientation section of the Graduate School website. Also keep an eye out for a separate registration for social and community building events.

Your program may also have additional introductory sessions for you to attend.
