SurPASS Tip of the Month **Only SciENcv-Certified Biosketches Accepted for NIH Applications** Applications submitted to the NIH (or any sponsor requiring an NIH biosketch) must use the SciENcv Common Form Biosketch for applications due January 25, 2026, and later. In addition, Current and Pending (Other) Support must also be completed in SciENcv moving forward. SciENcv – login using Login.gov (create a Login.gov account if you don’t have one) Use this login: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv/ Failure to use the SciENcv forms after January 25, 2026, will result in the NIH withdrawing your application from consideration. Please reach out to Lynn Cummings, Grants Operations Coordinator, to convert your Biosketch to the SciENcv Common Form! Clinical Research Tip of the Month Did you know your trials are on the Study Information Portal (SIP)? The Study Information Portal (SIP) is a patient-facing website that displays both cancer and non-cancer clinical trials available at Froedtert. Trial information is automatically pulled from active studies in OnCore and organized by category to help patients and referring providers identify research opportunities. The Department of Surgery currently has more than 20 active trials listed on the Froedtert SIP, increasing the visibility of our research and supporting participant recruitment. In addition, cancer trials are displayed on the Children’s Wisconsin SIP, with plans to include non-cancer trials in the future. To ensure accurate and current information, study teams should regularly review and update trial status, eligibility, and contact details in OnCore. Questions? Contact Krissa Packard, Research Program Director. GRANT$ AlertCVRC JIT Pilot Award
