SLIP+ Launch for Louisiana Is Almost Here

Here’s what you can do this week:

• Register for the Louisiana Webinar for a full walkthrough of the system and filing process. You can do so by clicking the button below or visiting the Louisiana state page and clicking the Webinar Registration link.

• Explore the dedicated Louisiana State Page for invoicing details, key dates, and FAQs.

• Utilize our Tax Estimator to quote Louisiana policies 

• Register in SLIP+ for States if you don’t currently have an account 

• Add your Louisiana State License to your SLIP+ for States account 

• Watch on demand SLIP+ Tutorials

As a reminder, all policies, and subsequent endorsements on policies, effective on or after     July 1, 2026 should be reported in SLIP+ for States. Any endorsements on policies effective prior to July 1, 2026 should continue to be reported to LDI directly using Form 1265 – even if the effective date of the endorsement occurs after July 1, 2026.  

Our goal is to partner with you during this transition so you can be successful in filing within the SLIP+ platform. We strongly encourage surplus lines agents and their administrative staff to get familiar with the SLIP+ portal, complete their setup, and reach out to our team with any questions.
