Provide Your Name Pronunciation

Graduates, to prepare for Spring 2025 Commencement, you are required to provide the pronunciation of your name as you would like it read at the ceremony.

Check your email for an invitation from Namecoach with instructions to complete your phonetic pronunciation form and name recording. Your information will be printed on a card, which you will pick up when you arrive at the Kohl Center and hand to a name reader as you cross the stage. 

Having trouble finding the email or logging in to Namecoach?
Search your inbox and spam folders for an email from no-reply@name-coach.com. You can also access Namecoach through this website by selecting "Log in to Namecoach," using your NetID and password to log in, and clicking on "UW–Madison Spring 2025 Commencement."
