Spring 2026 Ceremonies

Doctoral, MFA, and Medical Professional
Friday, May 8 | 5:30 p.m. | Kohl Center

Bachelor’s, Law, and Master’s
Saturday, May 9 | Noon | Camp Randall

 

Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, there are a few important steps to prepare for graduation:

Apply to graduate

Go to the Student Center in MyUW to apply to graduate by Friday, March 20.

Reserve your cap and gown

To participate in a ceremony, all graduates must wear academic regalia. Secure your cap and gown today by ordering through the University Book Store.

Review the graduate checklist

Learn more about key dates, deadlines, and information for leading up to, during, and after commencement weekend.

Attend a Senior Class Transition event

This series equips graduates with practical post-grad skills. Check out the next event happening tonight.
