Are you planning to graduate this semester? Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, everyone who intends to complete a degree or participate in a Spring 2023 Commencement ceremony must complete the graduate checklist, including:

Let Us Know You Are Graduating

Students must apply to graduate in the Student Center of MyUW to attend the ceremony and receive their diploma. All graduates must complete their applications by Friday, March 31, in order to have their names printed in the commencement program. To request that diacritical marks be included with your name in the printed program, email commence@chancellor.wisc.edu. 

Rent Your Commencement Attire

All graduates must wear a cap and gown to participate in the ceremony. Place your order through the University Book Store to ensure your academic regalia reflects your intended degree. To receive discounted pricing, place your order by March 31.
