The latest Hamilton section project update looks at what’s been happening over autumn and what’s ahead as we move into winter.

Work restarted right across the project after the Covid-19 lockdown ended in late April – including bridge building, final earthworks, drainage and pavement.

The June update also has a graphic showing the work at Tamahere where a lot is happening, not just on the four-laning of SH1 but also connections for local people. All this requires careful sequencing as each element requires the previous work being completed.
